- ลายเซ็น ตรายาง และผลทางกฎหมาย ลายเซ็นที่วาดหรือใส่เป็นรูปภาพ และตรายาง เป็นเพียงภาพบนเอกสาร ผู้ให้บริการไม่รับรองว่าเอกสาร ลายมือชื่อ หรือตราประทับที่สร้างด้วยแอป จะมีผลทางกฎหมาย หรือได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้รับหรือหน่วยงานใด คุณต้องตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดของผู้รับเอง
- ลายมือชื่อดิจิทัลด้วยใบรับรอง (.p12) ใบรับรองและรหัสผ่านใช้ในหน่วยความจำของเบราว์เซอร์เท่านั้น ไม่ถูกบันทึกหรือส่งออกไป คุณรับผิดชอบในการเก็บรักษาใบรับรองและรหัสผ่านของคุณ และใช้เฉพาะใบรับรองที่คุณมีสิทธิใช้ การแก้ไขไฟล์หลังลงนามอาจทำให้ลายมือชื่อดิจิทัลแสดงว่าไม่ถูกต้อง

- Acceptance By using PDF NoUploads (“the app”), you confirm you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app. The app is operated by the owner of nouploads.app, an individual (“the operator”).
- The service The app is a free PDF tool for watermarking, filling forms, signing, stamping, organizing pages and saving files. The operator may add, change or discontinue any feature without notice.
- Processing on your device
- The app processes your files, signatures, stamps, text and certificates in your browser on your own device, and the app never uploads them to the operator or anyone else.
- The operator therefore cannot access, see, recover or delete these files and data for you.
- You are responsible for keeping your original files and your own backups.
- Anything you choose to remember is stored in your browser and can be removed by clearing this site’s data. Others using the same device may be able to see it. If you export your signature and stamp library, the file contains your signatures and stamps. Without a password, anyone who gets the file can use them. Keep it safe.
- Once you send a file or its content outside the app, it leaves the app’s control. This includes printing (your browser, printer, print service or cloud print destination may receive and keep the pages), saving files to a cloud-synced folder, sharing them, and letting an AI assistant or other automation operate the app (it may read or capture content and send it to your AI provider). What happens then is governed by those services’ terms, not by the operator. Anything an assistant does or accepts on your instructions counts as done by you.
- Prohibited use You must not use the app to:
- Forge or alter documents, signatures or seals to deceive anyone.
- Use the signature or seal of another person, organization or government body without authorization.
- Infringe copyright, privacy or other rights of others.
- Do anything unlawful.
- Disrupt, attack or attempt to disable the website.
- Signatures, stamps and legal effect Drawn or uploaded signatures and stamps are images on the page. The operator does not guarantee that any document, signature or seal created with the app is legally valid or will be accepted by any recipient or organization. You must check the recipient’s requirements yourself.
- Digital signatures with a certificate (.p12) Your certificate and password are used only in your browser’s memory and are never saved or sent. You are responsible for safeguarding them and for using only certificates you are entitled to use. Changing a file after signing may cause the digital signature to show as invalid.
- Saving files and hiding information
- With “flatten form fields and comments”, anything you covered is still in the file.
- With “keep editable”, the file carries the original PDF, which anyone who receives it can extract.
- “Safe copy for sharing” removes some hidden data, and “turn pages into images” reduces covered content, but neither is guaranteed to remove everything.
- Always check the resulting file before sharing it.
- No warranty The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows. The operator does not guarantee that the app is error-free, always available, compatible with every file or browser, or fit for your particular purpose.
- Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from using or being unable to use the app, including corrupted or lost files, information not hidden as you expected, or documents that are not accepted. This does not exclude liability for the operator’s intentional acts or gross negligence, or any liability the law does not allow to be excluded.
- Tips You can tip the developer through Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/nouploads), voluntarily. A tip is personal support for the developer, not a charitable or public-benefit donation, and is not tax-deductible. It is not a purchase of goods or services and gives no extra rights or features. Tips are non-refundable. This does not affect any right you have under the law or under PayPal’s or your bank’s dispute process. The operator never refunds by bank transfer or to a different account. Payments are governed by Ko-fi’s and PayPal’s terms.
- Sponsor stamps The app may include ready-made stamps from sponsors. Their marks and logos belong to their owners, may be used only as those owners permit, and do not mean a sponsor endorses your document. These stamps are bundled in the app and send no data to sponsors.
- Intellectual property The app’s source code belongs to the operator; all rights reserved. The name “NoUploads”, its logo and the domain nouploads.app are used by the operator. Third-party libraries and fonts are under their own licenses; see the Licences page. The content of your files remains yours.
- Changes to these terms The operator may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
- Governing law These terms are governed by Thai law. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.
