Your files and documents

The app processes the PDFs, images, text, signatures, stamps and certificates you use in your browser on your own device and never uploads them, so the operator does not receive, see or keep them. If you print, share, save to a cloud-synced folder, or let an AI assistant operate the app, the content goes where you send it, under those services’ terms (see Terms of Use 3.5).

You can check this yourself: the site’s Content-Security-Policy (connect-src 'self'; form-action 'none') doesn’t let the page send data to any other site, and the Network tab in your browser’s developer tools shows that, while you work, the app only loads its own files from this site and never sends your file anywhere.

What is stored in your browser

The following stays in the browser on your device and is never sent:

• Settings such as language, theme, panel side and the page size for new pages
• When you accepted the Terms and acknowledged this notice
• Signatures and stamps you chose to “remember on this device”
• Fonts you add yourself

You can remove all of it by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Others using the same device may be able to see it.

If you export your signature and stamp library, the file contains your signatures and stamps. Without a password, anyone who gets the file can use them. Keep it safe.

Connection data (Cloudflare)

The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) as a data processor under Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum. This data may be processed outside Thailand on Cloudflare’s network. The basis is the legitimate interest in running the site securely. The operator does not retain connection data itself; Cloudflare keeps it only for the periods it sets for security and service operation.

The operator turns on no extra logging and uses no analytics. The operator sees aggregate statistics, such as visit counts, in Cloudflare’s dashboard. If Cloudflare’s security blocks or challenges a request, the dashboard shows that request’s IP address.

Cookies

The operator sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set security cookies that it treats as strictly necessary, such as __cf_bm (bot detection) and cf_clearance (after a security check). They are not used for advertising or tracking. See Cloudflare’s cookie list.

Tips through Ko-fi

The app sends nothing to Ko-fi: the “Buy the developer a coffee” link only opens the operator’s Ko-fi page (ko-fi.com/nouploads). If you tip, Ko-fi and PayPal process the payment as separate data controllers, under Ko-fi’s privacy policy and PayPal’s. The operator sees your name, email, the amount and any message you write in its Ko-fi account, and uses them only to keep a record of tips. The operator does not contact you except to answer you, and does not copy the details out of Ko-fi; they stay in Ko-fi for the periods Ko-fi sets. The basis is the legitimate interest in keeping a record of tips.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you may ask to access, get a copy of, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and object to its processing. Contact privacy@nouploads.app. Send any request to the operator; where needed, the operator will handle it with Cloudflare or Ko-fi. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Changes to this notice

The operator may update this notice and will announce material changes in the app. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.
